The thing about this that I don't get.... if it's just that they ban women with small breasts so as to prevent children from appearing nude, what happens when they find a 12 year old with double D's? Is she suddenly an adult? I saw quite a bit of arguing the other way, older women with small breasts, but what about kids with big ones? Austrailia is slowly becoming a nazi state. :(
