You're definitely going on my favourites lists.
this song is really well done.
a long term favourite of mine, alongside Mr Brightside.
so you've done well, young grasshopper.
lol thanks so much. I appriciate you taking the time to check out some of my songs :).
holy moly
I have usually low expectations for remixes of more popular songs, such as this one, because...well, so many people that try, fail.
but this is absolutely amazing.
exceeding any expectation I had.
great work.
just great.
Thanks so much! You made my day :D
I loooove the piano
This song has the right touch of 'fucking epic' to it.
It's really awesome....hmm, I'll see if I can work out a story in it...
The giant fort gates (mordor gate size) slide open, as the small army walks out (in slow motion).
at 0:26, they begin to charge, weapons drawn, running (in slowmotion, still).
at 0:42, they hit the enemy line, and begin to kill, left right and center.
at 0:57, from behind the enemy lines, a row of catapults fire, and it begins to rain down giant boulders. A few hit the fort, and the wall begins to collapse. a lot of their men die, as giant boulders crash down on them. Only three remain, and they're fighting, with their backs all together, constantly battling of the hundreds of swords that are constantly trying to kill them. Then, from over the remnants of the fort wall, a swarm of thousands of men advance. The enemy is thwarted quickly.
Then the three survivors quit their side because they were used as cannon fodder, the end.
:P
Haha, awesome story, it really fits the music. I wish someone would animate that haha. I'm glad you liked this! Thanks for the review.

Incredible.
Intense.
amazing.
I'm in awe.
this song is sweet, the piano score is just....fucking good.
Thanks man that's good to hear
I gotta say this is my best one so far
related to the movie, pft.
My question would have been, is it related to a song of the same name by some band.
:P
'Some Band'
Haha, well, it's really good, I like the pads, they're really good...
the piano is nice.
and the beat is cool.
nice work and keep it up.
Ya I shoud've said that too, didn't cross my mind at the time.
I also realized that I took my time replying to these lol
Thanks for the review! :D
It's good....
in fact, it's great.
but it's just that...the piano doesn't vary.
like...every note sounds the same...
the computer way, I guess.
other than that, it's really awesome.
good work
Well, as I mentioned, this is an attempt to humanize a piece being played by computer, which isn't as easy in Sibelius as it is in FL, because it's basically MID playback through a soundfont. The fact that I wrote it in Sib is kind of an attempt to get some people hooked up with the sheet music. For once, I'm writing more for real people than I am for a computer.
Thanks for the complements though; glad you liked the song so much, despite its robotic playback.
